Sparkling semi-sweet rosé, 100% lambrusco Marani, lambrusco Maestri and lambrusco Montericco. Fine, persistent foam, with bright pink reflections. Floral with violet hints. Elegant, pleasantly semi-sweet with a red fruits aftertaste. Best served 8-11 °C.

Appellation: Vin de Pays d’Oc. Vineyards: Grown on the hottest, driest soils of the Languedoc on dry and pebbly lands. Grape Varieties: 70 % Grenache Rosé, 30 % Syrah Rosé. Tasting Notes: With a nice intense pink color, this wine shows crispy and fresh notes in mouth with aromas of raspberries and blackcurrant. Ideal with red or white meats, olives and cheeses. Serve cooled between 8°C and 10°C.
