Appellation : Pays d’Oc IGP. Vineyards: The Marquis de Beau Rond wines come from our sun-drenched vineyards located between Carcassonne and Béziers in the heart of the Languedoc area. Grape Varieties: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Tasting Notes: Garnet red color. Strong and aromatic nose of red fruits, spices and licorice. The palate is pleasant with a generous mouth feeling and silky tannins. To be enjoyed with a bbq beef ribeye steak. Serve at a cool room temperature of 16°C. Drink now through 2014.
