Steve Hitchcock Biography (China) –
For nearly the past six years Mr. Steve Hitchcock, an American from San Francisco, California, worked for two early established foreign wine import distribution companies in a variety of sales, management and executive management positions. Most recently he spent the past two years in Shenzhen, China acting in a General Manager capacity successfully managing the Southeast China territory with over thirty employees. Mr. Hitchcock gained valuable professional experience during his tenure working for these companies whom exclusively represent some of the most established wine brands of the world.
Leaving Shenzhen in the fall of 2009, he returned to Shanghai to develop the official formation of his new wine import and distribution business, Plus Wines.
Mr. Hitchcock being a passionate wine lover and true professional is extremely grateful he can combine this with his adventure for travel into an exciting successful professional career within the burgeoning wine market in China.

Plus Wines started business operations in January 2010. Plus Wines’ goal is to offer better wines for reasonable prices plus help to improve the overall quality of the wine culture in China. The initial portfolio consists of exclusive French and South African wines entering China for the first time, hand-picked by Mr. Hitchcock through reputable foreign wine producers. A brand of Italian wines from one of Italy’s largest reputable producers will be also soon available in the portfolio. Additional new wine brands from other popular wine countries and regions will be arriving over the course of 2010.
